CHOOSE AN OPTION FOR YOUR CORPORATE RETREAT
- Package 1 -
White Lantern Event Salon + all 18 rooms at Casa de la Noche
$3500 USD per night, with a minimum of three (3) nights*
Our Event Salon is called White Lantern. This is our most complete and best value package. This offering has access to our White Lantern Salon which accommodates a maximum of 100 people, with part of the salon enclosed, and the other open-air.
There are designated spaces for catering services, a bar area, group meeting space and breakout spaces, and dining space along with on-site bathrooms.
This package also includes access to the 14 charming bedrooms of Casa de la Noche, each one uniquely decorated and rooms of various sizes, and our 4 new Cielo Suites located above White Lantern, each with air conditioning, cable television, and a common open-air patio. You would have complete and exclusive use of the property including the main fountain patio and all other patios, Besitos Garden area, the living room & kitchen in the corner of Besitos garden, and all common areas of the hotel.
With this package a complete healthy-start breakfast is included at the hotel.
- Package 2 -
Casa de la Noche + 14 rooms
$2500 USD per night, with a minimum of three (3) nights*
This package includes exclusive use of our beautiful fountain patio and all other patios, Besitos Garden and the living room/kitchen located in the corner of the garden. We will help you choose your preferred space for your group meetings and break out spaces.
In addition, you would have access to the 14 charming rooms of our hotel, each one uniquely decorated and rooms of various sizes. The hotel has purified water and WiFi throughout and all common areas are available to you and dedicated to your retreat.
The White Lantern Salon is not included in this package. The Salon is available as a separate venue option for a one day use.
A complete healthy-start breakfast is included in this package for guests of the hotel.
We can host a margarita welcome / orientation event for you around the fountain patio, along with a few appetizers. A great way to start your corporate retreat!
- Package 3 -
White Lantern Salon + 4 Cielo Suites Rooms*
$2000 USD for one (1) night
This package is perfect for hosting a smaller group of corporate executives with overnight accommodations.
You would have access to our White Lantern, with an enclosed space and open-air space. There are designated areas for catering services, a bar area, meeting space and dining, and with bathrooms on-site.
Cielo Suites are our four new bedrooms just above the White Lantern Salon, each with a king size bed that can be rearranged with two twin beds. Every room has air conditioning and heat, smart TVs with local cable, and a common area to gather. The entrance to the White Lantern is totally separate from the hotel.
Breakfast service and other catered meals can be arranged.
If requested, we will arrange various tours, based on your selection, with transportation to and from your chosen destinations. The bonding of shared time with co-workers is priceless! Consider Cañada de la Virgen, La Gruta Spa, Atotonilco Gallery, Dolores Hidalgo, and more.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The city of San Miguel requires permits both for the event and for noise. All events must end by 1:00 am. Please let us know if your retreat will require these permits.
Catering service is not included in any package, but can be recommended upon request.
A deposit of $1000 USD is required to reserve any of the packages listed above, after confirmation of available dates. We use this as a security deposit as well, and it is returned after your stay.
If you require a factura, 16% VAT is added to the total amount.
Add 10% for stays during holidays and special feast days.
White Lantern and Fountain Patio Terrace areas are available for single event rentals.

We can add breakfast for your group, arrange for catering, and assist with the permits if needed. We can work with your event planner to assure your retreat not only meets your expectations but goes beyond.
We can arrange for private vans to pick you up from the Leon or Queretaro airports and deliver you directly to the hotel.
We also have secured parking nearby for a few vehicles.
