WHITE LANTERN DESCRIPTION & PRICING

Description:

The White Lantern is an indoor and outdoor combination of spaces, composed of all areas in Casa de la Noche open to the public for events and special occasions, with two separate centers of interest which combine gracefully for a total event space for up to 300 guests, cocktail style, or 150 seated.

These areas include:

Event Salon & Patio

CDLN Fountain Patio & Terrace

Besitos Garden and Kitchen/Sala

Project Room/Art Studio

The Event Salon & Patio areas and the CDLN Fountain Patio & Terrace areas can be rented together as one or as separate event centers. Each area has private bathrooms and there is a changing room for wedding parties.

The outdoor spaces are partially covered. The Salon Patio area has a bar and outdoor fireplace. Both spaces are professionally landscaped and covered with twinkle lights.

Additionally, there is a light-filled enclosed project studio for workshop use and an intimate garden with a sala and kitchen, perfect for family reunions or girlfriend getaways.

We are centrally located on Calle Organos, a short walk to the Jardin. It has street access from both Callejon de Volanteros and through the Casa de la Noche hotel, for hotel guests.

White Lantern spaces can be rented separately for conferences, special events, or workshops. When reserved in combination with the 18-room Casa de la Noche boutique hotel, the rate including White Lantern access is $4000 USD/day based on a 3-day minimum.

Event time restrictions are waived with full-house rental. Use permits are required for some events.

Pricing:

Total White Lantern (includes Covered Hall & Main Patio w/2 bathrooms and CDLN Fountain Patio & Covered Terrace w/2 bathrooms, Besitos Garden and Sala, and Project Studio)

Monday through Thursday: $500 USD, per day

Friday and Sunday: $750 USD, per day

Saturdays and Holidays: $1000 USD per day

Event Salon & Patio only

Monday through Thursday: $350 USD, per day

Friday and Sunday: $400 USD, per day

Saturdays and Holidays: $650 USD per day

Fountain Patio & Terrace only

Monday through Thursday: $350 USD, per day

Friday and Sunday: $400 USD, per day

Saturdays and Holidays: $400 USD per day

Pricing Includes: 4-hour event time, 2-hour setup and breakdown time. Staff assistance is available for additional charges. All events must end by 10pm. Later event closing times available for groups renting full property with required permits.

* Discounts available when renting entire hotel property with White Lantern.

* Security deposit required for White Lantern usage depending on group size.

* Pricing available for smaller gatherings with a fixed charge per person.

Besitos Garden Area only

$100 USD daily rental, plus rental of adjacent rooms and with time restrictions

Project Room/Art Studio only

$250 USD daily rate with time restrictions
