Small group PRIVATE MEETINGS

Private meeting space for groups up to eight are available at our Casa manana site.

Basic rental is $400/day, including coffee and tea service, and hospitality staff to manage your special needs. Valet parking service and lunch and/or dinner catering may be arranged prior to your meeting.

Bedroom Suites available with an additional fee.

PRIVATE MEETINGS for larger corporate gatherings are available at the WHITE LANTERN facility.

Total White Lantern (includes Covered Hall & Main Patio w/2 bathrooms and CDLN Fountain Patio & Covered Terrace w/2 bathrooms, Besitos Garden and Sala, and Project Studio)

Monday through Thursday: $500 USD, per day

Friday and Sunday: $750 USD, per day

Saturdays and Holidays: $1000 USD per day

Monday through Thursday: $350 USD, per day

Friday and Sunday: $400 USD, per day

Saturdays and Holidays: $650 USD per day

Fountain Patio & Terrace only

Pricing Includes: 4-hour event time, 2-hour setup and breakdown time. Staff assistance is available for additional charges. All events must end by 10pm. Later event closing times available for groups renting full property with required permits.

* Security deposit required for White Lantern usage depending on group size.

* Pricing available for smaller gatherings with a fixed charge per person.

$250 USD daily rate with time restrictions
