GROUP LEADERS

Our dance master, Ari Levitt, MD, is well-known for his fun, energetic, and delightful classes that can't help but inspire students with a love and passion for dance.  He has been teaching and performing nationally and internationally for over 30 years; is the co-founder and director of “Waltz Week in Vienna”, “New Zealand Dance Adventure”, “Heart Sound Fusion”, “Waltz Fest NW”, “Dancing with Horses”, and numerous other dance experiences; and is one of this country's leading innovators and instructors in the areas of non-competitive social-partner dance, particularly fusion-inspired blues, waltz, swing, & nightclub 2-step.

When not dancing, Ari is a physician on faculty at Singularity University's prestigious "Exponential Medicine” program, and is a pioneer in the burgeoning field of "Experiential Wellness Medicine" which, among other things, uses dance movement, technique, & connection as a modality for diagnosing and treating patients.

Officially accepting in 2021 the long-assumed title of Tour Director, Jae Gregory has been putting on Dance Events for 8 years. Eager to learn to dance in a small town with no opportunities, in 2013 she created a very active dance group in Carbondale, Colorado. With one of her most dominant characteristic being “Enthusiasm”, it was no surprise her Two Step Tuesday became THE place to dance and meet others, ultimately creating 28 couples and several marriages.

Her hobby became a part-time avocation, resulting in Worldwide Dance Adventures. “I can’t imagine anything more fun than combining my two loves of travel and dance together. I feel so lucky to be doing this”. At home in Colorado she runs 2 businesses – Artful Gardens Landscaping, and Holiday Magic Christmas Decorating. Her additional hobbies include hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, and camping with her adventure Ragdoll kitty, Punkin Trip McFluffypants.

Jae found Ari on Youtube in 2014, and they've been collaborating on Dance Events ever since then.
